• Rumors of ghosts haunting the area, most of the ghost sightings happen in the woods right outside of the cemetery
• Rumors that dead patients were burned in the smokestacks located in the woods.
• Low toned voices have been heard in the woods, and cemetery.

Possible Connections

• The main building was a tuberculosis sanitarium, close to a thousand people lost their lives to a slow agonizing disease here.
• The land may very well have been the site of an old Native American camp with ceremonial mounds.
• At one time there was a swimming pool near the nurse's quarters, meant for staff, but a patient drown in it. Soon after, it was filled-in.
