• Tenants in the house report being haunted by the shadowy figure of a man at a desk in a black shawl and dark clothes with white hair and only one arm.
• Lights on upstairs and an old man with one arm staring out one of the tall windows when no one is around
• Stairs creaking

Possible Connections

• Among the residents of the home over the years were Varley and Ellen Bond. Varley, who friends say never got over the loss of his son Walter, died in the home of a heart attack in 1950. He was 75. Varley had only one arm.
