Noises in the attic that sound like a woman walking around in high heel shoes, even though there
is no floor in the attic, only insulation and beams. Late at night it sounds as if someone is
banging on pipes. During the day sounds of a child running up and down the concrete basement steps
in tennis shoes. Smells of strange perfume and cigar smoke.
There are stories of a young child about 5 or 6 who drowned when the foundation was built, after
a heavy amount of rain left a lot water.
