Built as the home of the J. I. Case Thresher Machine Co., a display room for the
sale of agricultural implements. This building was part of the “implement row” area near
the east side depots. This building is probably the most intact of its type on East
Washington Avenue.
It was later used for several decades as the automobile showroom for Kayser Motors.
