702 – Built in 1926, this house was sold as the "Crescent," one of the most popular models of pre-fab houses sold from the Sears and Roebuck catalog and delivered by rail. The stone exterior walls were not part of the Sears package.
703 – In 1934, this red brick Georgian Revival house was designed by architect J.J. Knudsen, who was well-known for the excellence of his design work.
