7 E. Gilman St.
A two-story Mediterranean Revival house built as a rooming house for Ms. Flora Keenan. She came from Ireland as a young girl to a farm just south of Madison, and died in 1918 at the age of 92. She was no doubt related to the Keenan family that lived at 28 E. Gilman St. The house remained as a rooming house until sometime after 1949.
