237 Langdon St. (Sigma Phi Epsilon 1995 - 2008) House Built in the early 1890s with two stories, the top levels were
added in 1910 by a university professor. In June 1999 the house had to be rebuilt after a fire.
Another fire in May, 2008 destroyed the house. There were no deaths in either fire.
